I get lost easily and need some tools to help me keep track of tasks, lists etc. For this purpose I use a Kanboard, Wekan. 

This is configured for SSO through Authentik, I have several separate pages for scottflix requests, task lists, to-do lists, and currently one to keep track of job applications.
